Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is using traditional and social media daily to boost Ukrainians’ morale and win the information war with Russia, at least in the West, with a simple Internet connection. In a virtual speech to the British Parliament, he eloquently evoked Britain’s wartime leader Winston Churchill.
