Is it naive, Pollyanna-ish, to be hopeful?
Amid my pessimism about how Trump is going to destroy the rule of law in the US, I come across a sliver of possible good news. Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh nearly three decades ago wrote a 30+ page opinion that the Constitution allows for presidents to be prosecuted after leaving office.
