International food critic Alan Richman writes that Chez Nous in Charleston, SC may be “one of the best small restaurants in America.” I agree, and it has nothing to do with the fact my son works there. ;-) Richman might know what he is talking about since he is a winner of 16 James Beard Foundation Awards for food journalism.
